Free Shipping On Exchanges
If you are not happy with the color or size of your purchase, we will gladly exchange it for you at no extra shipping charge.

 We want you to be completely happy with your order.If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will glady accept your timely return of unworn , unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the orginal purchase price.

 Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 30 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. A pick-up fee might apply to returns of large and/or heavy items.

Please allow 17 days for the processing of your return.

All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.

Any and Company, Inc  purchase may be returned or exchanged at the And Company , Inc stores. The merchandise will be shipped from the store to our warehouse, and your account will be credited for the full amount when your return arrives at our warehouse.

If you are making an exchange, there is no charge to return the item(s) and the new merchandise will be shipped to you for no additional shipping charge. If you are returning merchandise for a refund, there is a charge of $9.95 per package when using the label service. If a return label is not included with your order ,  Return Label Form
